Who do you work for?
We work for YOU! We are not a large management company
trying to fill our own rooms.
We are not a faceless internet company.
We have no hidden agenda. No ulterior motive. We enjoy
what we do. We are accommodation matchmakers.
How much are your services?
FREE to you, our clients. However, our expertise is
priceless.
Do you own the condos?
Not anymore. After we left the island we found that
absentee ownership compromised our standards.
Where do you get your inventory from?
Over the past 20+ years of finding lodging for our
guests, we have sifted thru all the management companies
and have found only the top notch vendors.
20 + years and thousands of reservations later, you
find out who delivers and who does not. We use the
guys who deliver.
What makes your vendors ‘top notch’?
The quality of both the rooms they offer and the integrity
of their service after our guests arrive.
What if we don’t like
our accommodations?
The vendors we do work with will move you into something
you are happy with.
What are your thoughts about the large internet sites?
They do offer big discounts.
You know the term ‘you get what you pay for’?
Well, you don’t pay them for service. And try
getting someone on the line to take care of your needs,
requests, or problems if you have any once you get
to the island. The complaints and horror stories
we have heard go on and on. The aggravation is not
worth the savings.
Do you still live on Maui?
No. After 22 years, we had to choose between taking
care of aging family or stay in paradise. We opted
to take care of family.
How do you know what conditions the condos are in that
you are offering?
1) We go to Maui 2-3 times per year to do property
inspections so we know first hand what we are offering.
2) We work only with companies that have the highest
standards and we are in direct contact with them on
a daily basis. 3) The high volume we do with our vendors
gives us priorities status to their top rooms. 4) We
follow up with our clients to get their feedback because
we care about your experience.

Why should we trust you?
Because we want what you want-the best accommodations
possible for your budget. We pride ourselves on our
reputation. We are a family run business. A large
percentage of our business is repeat and referrals.
Do you have references?
About an arm’s worth length. And better than
that- we have yards of repeat guests.
How long have you been doing this?
20 + years. Andrea at one time was a licensed realtor
on Maui and owned 5 oceanfront condos.
Jill starting working with her mom in early 2003, before
baby Jayden. Her love and respect for the island is
reflected in the quality of her services. Her many
repeat clients
prove this.
How much is the deposit?
Usually $400 but it varies from property to property.
How is the deposit paid?
By credit card.
When is final payment due?
Usually 45 days prior to arrival. Again, it differs
from property to property and time of year.
Will my personal info be sold for telemarketing?
Absolutely not! Never! We can’t stand those organizations
as much as you! It is for our data base.
