GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
Rates are per night, not per person, and are subject to change without notice, however- it’s unlikely. All accommodations are subject to Maui’s 11.42% occupancy fee. Reservation fees vary depending on property.
Check in is at 3 p.m. Check out is at 10 a.m. The minimum stay is five (5) nights however there are some exceptions. Arrival/departure can be any day to any day. Check out cleaning included.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy: From $100 to 3 nights or more (depending on property) to confirm reservation. Balance is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. In some cases, deposit is payable upon arrival. Forty-five (45) day advance notice for cancellations. In most cases, your deposit is refundable up to forty-five (45) days prior to arrival, less a $100.00 service fee.
